Our Commitment to Quality

From the moment raw materials enter our plant to the time boxed cartridges are shipped out, we continuously monitor the production process to maintain excellence. We are committed to keeping our customers satisfied.

Step one: Inspection. Incoming toners and other raw materials undergo a thorough inspection under the supervision of the research and development laboratory.

Step two: Testing. Each assembler station is equipped with printers so technicians can perform a post-assembly test on each and every cartridge, to insure that the cartridge meets our strict quality standards.

Step three: Auditing. Each assembly line has its own dedicated quality auditor, who performs a 30-point quality evaluation on an established proportion of all cartridges produced.
