• What are remanufactured cartridges?
  • Remanufactured cartridges use empty cores from original equipment manufacturer (OEM) toner cartridges. We inspect and sort every empty cartridge that passes through our door to ensure only premium cartridges are used in our products. Cartridges are disassembled, cleaned, sealed, filled, re-assembled, and tested on site.
• Are all remanufactured cartridges the same quality?
  • The quality of remanufactured cartridges can vary depending on the method and the materials used, with subsequent variations in quality and page yield. All Roxbury Technology’s remanufactured cartridges are produced in the USA with stringent quality control, using highest quality toner. We use lab-tested components and perform quality control several times during the process to guarantee performance.
• Is a remanufactured cartridge inferior to a new one?
  • Absolutely not! A properly remanufactured cartridge has the same or better print quality and page yield as a new cartridge. Roxbury Technology uses only quality toners that work well with the drum and other replacement parts.
• How are remanufactured cartridges tested?
  • Each step in our manufacturing process is monitored by Quality Control experts. We have printers located throughout our plant, as well as in our lab, so that we can test cartridges using industry standard print tests and guarantee optimum quality and performance.
• What if the cartridge doesn’t print well?
  • In the rare case that a cartridge does not meet expectations, simply contact Roxbury Technology. We will provide instructions about how to return the cartridge with a sample page indicating print quality problem.
• Will using a re-manufactured cartridge void my printer warranty?
  • Absolutely not! The law prohibits manufacturers from voiding their warranty obligations because a consumer did not use the original manufacturer’s replacement cartridge.
