Our Mission

Roxbury Technology (RTC) specializes in premium re-manufactured toner cartridges and imaging solutions and that’s only part of the story. The company began with a mission: create jobs and build our community while making top-quality, earth-friendly products. This commitment guides us as we combine innovation with functional solutions, and find ways to make a difference while making a profit. We want to make a lasting difference, and we want to make it now.

Our Roots
A Tradition of Optimism

Roxbury Technology was founded by a modern-day pioneer: Archie Williams. Archie believed in the minority community and the hidden treasures it holds. He began RTC with the vision of establishing primary businesses that pump money into the community instead of taking it out. By bringing manufacturing back to the community, he saw that he could create a viable business while stimulating economic growth here at home. His model still guides us as we move into the future.

Our Leadership

Beth Williams stepped into the top spot at Roxbury Technology Corporation (RTC) in 2003. By the following year, the company had built its first remanufacturing plant and started producing 100,000 cartridges annually. Under her guidance, RTC has experienced double-digit growth and garnered awards and positive press for its successful, socially conscious approach to business.

In 2008, the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC) and Inc. Magazine named RTC the winner of both Top Minority-Owned and Top Woman-Owned Company of the Year on the 2008 Inner City 100, an annual list that ranks the fastest growing inner city businesses nationwide.

Our focus is on creating a sustainable business that supports our local community and promotes American-made products that are recycled, affordable, and come with a level of customer service that our competitors can’t match. As we continue to grow, we hope to always match an environmentally and socially sound business model with our clients’ needs — it’s a good fit.
